Job Readiness Coaching

Spring Alliance’s Job Readiness Coaching (JRC) is designed to help unhoused clients with job searches, vocational training, resume and cover letter assistance, interview coaching, interview clothing, career exploration opportunities, and life skill classes such as better communication, setting goals, budgeting, conflict resolution, and job retention.

During JRC, clients will work with a case manager to help recognize their career goals, interests, and strengths. We'll also help clients set intentions for the class and future employment. After course completion, unhoused clients may earn a job referral to one of our CEPs.
